Vision Change ~Mei Vision~

I healed Kuro's wound with a high level healing magic. After I healed Kuro, I gathered up my courage and asked Kuro to go out in the city. I thought that he will reject my invitation but instead, he accepted the offer with a bright smile. I will confess my feelings to Kuro this saturday in the city. Kuro went back to his dorm room after I healed him, he told me that he will sleep to forget some of the pain that was still left on his body. I was so happy that I though that I was inevitably smiling but when I came back in my dorm room and looked at my reflection in the mirror. I thought that I was smiling but unfortunately, I wasn't. When I try to copy other girls' smile, all I could see in the mirror is blunt emotionless boring face. Even if I force myself to smile, the smile I was expecting to see wasn't there. Without my smile, Kuro will never accept me and my feelings which doesn't exist anymore. I was looking forward to our date but with my blunt expression, Kuro would be bored being with me.

I carried that problem until the day me and Kuro went out of the Academy zone and went to the city outside of the Academy Dimension. When that day came, Kuro was completely recovered and was smiling happily at me. I was jealous of his smile, how can he smile that brightly? I want to smile like him....bright, warm and nice smile. With that on my mind, we embarked to the city and savoured the air of the city.
「Where do you want to go? I don't know the places here though」 Kuro scratched his head as he laughed away his embarrassment.
「Let's go to that Cafe over there」 Since Kuro didn't know the city that much, I decided to escort him in the city.

We went to different kind of places, Karaoke, Cafe, Cinema, Book Store and The Park. When the sun had set, we went back to the Cafe we first went into.
「I want to ask you something, can I?」 Kuro asked me if he could ask me a question and of course, I said
「Yes, ask whatever question you want」 I took a sip off my tea.

Vision Change ~Kuroha Vision~

「You know the gigantic magic circle that is engraved on the floor of the Academy Dimension? I want you to tell me everything that you know about the magic circle.」 I asked her without holding back. Futami looked like she just realized something important,
「.........I don't know much about it but I do know that it is for the Academy. I think they have more information in the Magic Division Library」 Futami answered me honestly but I still didn't get the answer I wanted.
「I already looked through the library but they didn't have anything related to school history.」 I sighed slowly and ordered a deluxe parfait.
「If you really want to know it, I could ask the principal for it.」 Futami sounded like she really want to help me but I refused her help,
「Don't worry about it, I won't bother researching for the Magic Circle」 I closed the topic and ate my parfait fast, then me and Futami left the cafe since it was starting to get dark.

While we were walking towards the door to the Academy Dimension, Mei stopped me and told me that she wants to tell me something,
「Kuro, I want to umm.....」 Futami was fidgeting her fingers while looking down on the ground.
「What is it? If you don't hurry, the day is gonna end」 I asked what Futami was wanting to tell me,
「Can you be my-」 Futami opened her mouth but closed her eyes as she told me what she wanted to tell.

Vision Change ~ Mei Vision~

I closed my eyes to avoid seeing Kuro's face, if I see Kuro's face I might go run away somewhere.
「Can you be my-」 I already said half of my sentence but I was interrupted by something that hit my face. Something was splashed on my face, it was warm and a bit fluid. Since my eyes were closed, I didn't know what it was so I touched my face to feel what it was but all I could feel was warm liquid. I opened my eyes, I was shocked my what I saw. The liquid that was splashed on my face was blood, Kuro's blood. The thing I saw was Kuro lying on the floor with a pool of blood and a katana stabbed in his back. I didn't panic, I just activated a high level healing magic but the healing magic was somehow rejected by some kind of a curse that was with the katana. When I drew out the katana from Kuro's body and activated a healing magic, nothing happened. The curse was not on the katana, it was on Kuro's wound. I was starting to panic, I carried Kuro to the academy as fast as I could. When I brought Kuro to the infirmary, they somehow stopped the curse from going through Kuro's body but the cut still won't heal no matter how many healing magic we activated.
「Kuro.......」
