Boosters and Limiters

There are more in the OverCast System.There are two things that make the OverCast System dangerous:

First One:Boosters:Boosters is a system that boosts or releases the limiter in the humans brain.A normal human can't bring out their full strength because the brain limits the body of doing so,if a normal human gets to use their full power,their body will be destroyed by the strong power it carries.Boosters takes off some of that "Limiter" in the brain which makes a person super strong depending on how much they boost their settings,in exchange of getting that strength,the chances of breaking your own body is raised over 100%.If the user puts the Booster to 15% their steps would make a footmark on the ground.Boosters are rarely used even the people that can use it.

Second One:Limiter:Limiters are opposite of the Boosters,it limits what an ordinary peson could do.It could make your muscles feel heavy,perfect for working out.Limiters are permitted to be used publicly due to it's usefulness in fitness.Our protagonist,Toki,uses it for a different thing.Limiter's 100% is estimated to be on equal weight of the Natural Stream City.The weight of Natural Stream City is about the same as the estimated weight of Tokyo.
