Boring But Peaceful School Days

Leaning on my right hand,

Staring outside through the window,

The slow wind blew towards my head,

I closed my eyes to take a little nap.

Next thing that happened,

A teacher hit me with a rolled textbook,

Everyone silently giggled,

I saw the girl I like staring at me.

I hid my embarrassment with a book,

Again,I started to get bored.

I leaned on my right hand with a bored look,

I prompt my glasses while spinning my pen.

I heard the school chime,

I closed my eyes while the breeze blows,

The break had ended showing the end of lunch time,

I slept through the rest of class.School is boring as I show.

This was really interesting to read because you were trying to portray boredom which isn'y something I've seen before. I think if this had been any longer than it is it could have very easily become a boring read. As it is I'm not sure if I like this one or not. Definitely unique though so props for that. Also it reads more like a story than a poem which is also interesting. I'm sure I'll be thinking about this one for a while.

Oh those classic school days, (sigh). Haha, I'm lucky I only have one more year left of school. I like how it was described and the reader could actually imagine it from their own mind. Nicely expressed.

Really good. Totally loved it and strongly reminds me of me when I'm at school! (Apart from the girl the character likes and the glasses bit) But the rest is spot on and really relate able. Keep up the great work!
