Lost in the River

Lost in the River

A Poem by B.N. Studer
"

A personal free-form poem about feeling lost in life.

"
Music and horses filled my heart,
and books took me
out of it all.
Writing was my medicine.
Next, it was science
and math
and responsibility
Then back to music
and fear
and rejection
As the pendulum swings
from one passion to the next,
or on to distraction,
I am lost in the river
of it all.
