Seeking Guidance

If only there was a way to speak my mind,

Without too much emotion getting entwined.

I would tell what my thoughts are,

But I know it will just leave a scar.

You’re sensitive beyond belief,

I wish there was a way to help you find relief.

You tend to put yourself in this place,

Purposefully putting that sad look on your face.

But I know exactly where you stand,

Even though it’s not what anyone of us would have planned.

Just keep moving forward,

And in time you will be given your reward.
