How do you write?

Do you write as words come to your mind?

Do you dream then rush to tell the tale?

Are you forced to sit and type?

Or do you like to tell such pretty lies?

How do you write?

Are the words full of dark tales?

Are your stories overflowing with emotion?

Do you tell of suffering?

Of pain and misfortune?

How do you write?

Do you press the pen to paper?

Or maybe do you type?

Do you like pencils?

Erasing your old thoughts?

How do you write?

Do you like tales of love?

Of happiness so true?

Do you tell your story, and hide it behind words?

Write me a letter, do not leave out the words.

Write me a letter, details after details.

This was my favorite part. You really captured my imagination, as I read the first lines I could see myself getting out of bed, fumbling in the dark for a pen, scribbling down a note on a piece of paper, only to wake up the next day and having to tilt my head to read it. I think everyone can find a piece of themselves in this poem. Thanks for sharing! :)

Ok here it goes *inhales air* I think that returning to your original line, how do you write? is good. You could put the answer to your questions after a few questions, but it is your writing so I can't really say anything.
