Love such as this is what love should be. The just being there, the gentleness, the contentment, the joy of being together shines through here.

More than this, darkend shadows followed you and this love brought you from the grey into the light and I love the lines that say

"Thank you for your patient love
All of the days you made my smile real."

There is something quite sad in a smile which does not reach the eyes and so much joy in the smile that is real and unbound by true love.
