Light

People say there sacred to die.
Maybe they just don't want to say good bye.
Wonder what it feels like to be close to death.
Not knowing when to stop and take your last breath.

It's been said "go towards the light".
But what if were not ready and want to stay and fight.
Thinking about death can get alittle crazy.
Your vision could get blurred, or even seem hazy.

When your laying there close to dying.
Please be strong and don't start crying.
When it's your time you will know the feeling.
Your going up to heaven a place of healing.

Don't worry about those you leave behind.
You will always be in our hearts and in our minds.
It makes us sad to see you in such great pain.
We pray to god everyday to just take it all away.

We want to thank you for teaching us how to grow.
It's just as hard for us to learn to let go.
Before you leave we want you to know.
We will always think of you, When the wind starts to blow.

So give me your hand I will hold it tight.
Don't forget the saying "go towards the light".
I know it might sound crazy, might seem strange.
But we will always love you and that will never change
