Unveil the illusion
Avoid the confusion
Distracted by delusion
A mind is wasted
Salt of insanity
Is tasted
Leaving you left standing
Commanding
Reparations
Contemplations arise
Finding the demise
Of what the eye supplies
It’s not
The way
To live
And we give
Alternative
Narratives
Of the same subject
In a different view
It’s you
And me
Trying to see
One thing
Separately
Desperately
Fighting
To find
The right expression
Meeting perfection
Of retrospection
Same subject
Different minds
Trying to find
Metaphors
During a down pour
Catch
The
Flow
Show the world
Your verbal perspective
Be respective
Ink is permanent
Can’t be erased
You can’t talk
After being defaced
Theoretic
Poetics
Define the individual
Residual
Aspects
Should remain
Untamed
Every name
Deserves
Their own fame
Whether underground
Or urban bliss
Persistence
Reminisce
Don’t dismiss
All the derogative
Statements
Find them placement
Adjacent
To positivity
Creativity
Can be found in harmony
The soul
Sings
Upon things
Giving light
Taking one flame
To ignite
The heat
Of another heart
Be the start
Of a revolution
We go unheard
After we speak
We tweak out
The truth
We reproduce
But don’t teach
Talk but don’t preach
How far can I reach
Until my hand is accepted?
We say we are protected
Every day
We are subjected
To the exact opposite
Of what we construct
Definitions are corrupt
Upon rhythm and rhyme
Fast-forward
Don’t rewind
Leaving behind
Defilement
Represent
What you stand for
Not the hype
Be the ink
That you write
Fight to the fullest
Until your well runs dry

THis is very hot. I love the flow of your spoken word. This kinda reminds me of a Black Ice piece.
