The Difference Between Free Will and Being FreeA Poem by Matthew D. FordA piece about smart and dumb people, basically...There is a difference between you and I
You run, I walk
You're half-witted, I'm of intellect
You quit, I keep going
It gets worse, It gets better
There is a difference between you and I
You let go, I hold tight
You don't shut up, I know when it's enough
You're consumed by your own insanity
I'm coherent and have yet to lose my mind
There is a differnce between the moon and the sun The land and the sky
Between hell and Heaven
But you're in hell
Not free
Your bound by the belligerence of the chains
That hold you underneath
An underlying secret
You hide from all the rest
A secret of disgrace
Displeasure
Hatred
Vile feelings
Ranting on about your nonchalance and idiocy
About your free will to do anything you want
But you are bent in your own guilt
Your own doubt
Your own displeasure
Your own shame and sorrow
The hell with your ignorance
Because you don't know the meaning of actually be free...
...So screw you
