Half of a WholeA Poem by Steve H
Freindly streets don’t feel the same when you’re not there Smiling faces, all feel cold Sunshine isn’t quite as warm as it once was What once was new all seems so old
Like a book without pages Ive nothing to say Im a singer thats lacking a song Like a compass thats broken im lacking direction What once was so right is now wrong
Nothing hurts like love pains, Loneliness tears at the soul Cos im nothing with you Im one half of a whole © 2009 Steve HAuthor's Note
