Tears Of An AngelA Poem by Steve RymanThis poem just came to me suddenly after being caught in a downpour. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to offer comments or constructive critisism.Tears of an Angel Storm Clouds fill the sky, Tears spilling from the angel ’s eyes. The heavens open. Down comes the rain, Echoing the angels ’ pain.As the thunder rolls and the lightning cracks The feathers rise upon their backs. As their anger knows no bounds So rain and hail pummel the ground. But as their anger slowly quells, Their anguish fades and all is well. The clouds clear with the first sun rays Keeping the angels pain at bay. The elements are at peace once more, ‘ Til an angel cries, and the heavens roar.© 2012 Steve RymanAuthor's Note
