Untitled '92

A Poem by Stephanie D. Bishop

The soul spoke of how he chooses the road less traveled when confronted with the choice.

And still not listening to the subconsious mind,

Which when reflecting upon this instance one would find,

That it isn't "taking the path less traveled, the ocean least sailed, or the mountain most high",

Yet the inner sight and wisdom of the acceptance you give to yourself, and others for the choice they feel they must make.

Each path is one's own and less traveled still to each.

If one hundred men have walked through a given wood, it is not the path most taken for me if I have not walked in their shoes.

I bring with me a new insight, new perspective, to each and every aspect and nothing is solid,

And though I walk through a desert,

I may turn around and find behind me is a field of daisies.
