"We Need To Talk"A Poem by Stephanie
"We need to talk" The four words I never thought I'd hear, chills run up my spine, I'm filled with fear.
You grabbed my hand, and tried to speak, You could hardly stand you felt so weak.
Your hands began to shake, as a tear fell from your eye, you softly muttered the words "This is goodbye".
My heart sunk, as a tear rolled down my face, when you walked away it was too much to embrace.
Pain took over my body, and I fell to the floor, I could feel the pain burning deep down in my core.
You left me alone, with no explanation why, to go on with my life, I won't even try.
Memories of you started racing through my head, I began wishing, wishing I was dead.
The words you spoke stabbed me like a knife, you're the reason I took my life..
