No way out

Never being able to sleep,

that`s when it is the worst.

being out in public, 

just wanting to be alone.

Being alone,

just needing a distraction.

Nothing can capture the attention needed,

needed to forget about this,

even for a second.

Nowhere is safe.

Nothing is helpful.

Drowning within one`s self.

the depths of the mind are infinite.

The hollow feeling, 

the emptiness.

That is the hardest thing to feel.

no words being able to break through, 

nothing anyone will say can help.

No way out.
