Ballad of fallen angelsA Poem by StephLWe learned about ballads in my english class ( 8 and 6 syllables repeating) So I tried.
It was an unrelenting fall
Through the clouds, down to hell It is a story for all to know the curse of being proud. Greed and jealousy are fatal Lucifer learned his lesson. God's favourites die easily to teach morality. The angels envy us humans Walking upon the earth We fear death, so we truly live Optimistic till death. Destroyers of our own world and everything on it gluttoning ourselves to death and we know it very well. This is not earth any more, it's hell angels who never fell We didn't deserve a chance to we did not fight for it Angels were perfect until the end we risk the wraith of nature Just like those who were once above us now we pray for a saviour We break every sin set before us we never think twice about it No matter what the consequence bring there will be another A new race to live in god we will be the lesson The moral of out story live before you can die. Heaven was another world that got ruined by men an experiment gone wrong and we are the same thing this tale will end soon enough but a new one will start we will be made into angels and be set on repeat.
