Intrigue.

Ears listen, muffle.

Volume: Loud

Something covered your mouth.

 

People, be-little

Rocking against you; sweat.

Eyes judging

And the posh mats

Relapse, repeat

Feel the beat, pure music.

 

Engulfed by jazz

You feel uncomfortable.

The fiery beats inside you rumble

Like thunder claps and ice-cold flesh.

In the middle of music mesh.

Flying!

Clawing through your satin sash.

 

The walls crumble

You break free, you stumble.

Dance! Its just me.

No people.

No one else

 

Don’t look.

Sea of people.

Vanish gone

*Poof

Sea?  No. Its me

See.

I love the staccato rhthym of the poem. Definitely brings to mind the beat of music...very unique! Reminded me of the 60's and 70's with the passion and consummate inebriation of music and the flowing of love. Loved it!

What a great structure. A great composition of words. I find it really catchy and I don't know why, propably because of its flowing,as I was reading this my mind flew to the movie Sweeny Todd. =) good job!!!
