In a fairyland of weeds there is still a hopeful seed.A Poem by Steph KA friend's storyIts cloudy really, a fairyland Where mushrooms roam round free. And sometimes they have fairy cakes Powdered dust that you can see. The fairies over-think Overlook and oversee, Mellow yellow, pink and green A magical visionary. And when the leprechaun plague arose To whom did fairies run? Little shrooms swept up by brooms, Lines gleaming under suns. In the foggy valley Where the stars forgot their place, They lost their roaming luster In a wiggly, wound up maze. The leprechauns took over Ruled happy, rich and green And flies, they flew out under Empty wallets, grey, that gleamed. Round and round the bushes The fairies danced along Till they came to endless wonder Singing little made-up songs Alas! With fate and hunger Her cruel faceless dreams No wonder, pink and luster Just painful, torn-up seams. Sometimes I do too wonder Ponder about endlessly Dear friend, look now yonder Together. We are here for thee. © 2011 Steph KAuthor's Note
