I dug this out from somewhere xD I did this quite a long time ago o.o So it's kind of crappy xD

The Minute hand and the Hour hand
Jointed at the end
Ticking rhythmically
Non-stop
Moving in a circular motion
Trapped within their confines

Once an hour
The hands would be together
Aligned perfectly in a straight line
60 seconds passed
They separate
The Minute hand moving ahead
The Hour hand behind

The Hour hand
Moving slowly
Unable to catch up
Gives up
Waiting patiently
For the next hour
When they will be together
