dilute me

dilute me

A Poem by Steeven

i need you to wear me out;

thin me down

                        dilute me"

i’m feeling thick

                   heavy

                   bloated.

i feel sluggish, swine-like,

            molasses stillness;

round

                        global

            obtuse.

i shouldn’t weigh this much...(

            it’s enough to pull us

                        both down.
