Meditation

A good piece of advice, if only more could follow it...including myself.

 

One day at a time, this is enough,

Do not look back to grieve for the past,

it is gone.
Do not be troubled and worry for the future,

it has yet to be born.

Live now in today, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth

remembering.
