Eternal Solitude

Eternal Solitude

A Poem by Starrweaver
"

a poem on loneliness

"

In my mind's eye I see, the endless void of eternity,

And though its beauty is beyond compare,

I'm the only one that's truely there.

It's true that solitude is rare, in a world so overfilled,

But I often wish there was someone for me,

One that really felt enough to care.

Lost among the stars, the darkness lays before me,

Shimmering jewels around me while all is silent,

While I sail on forever into eternity...alone.
