The SeaA Poem by EricaImagery poemThe blue ocean sways beneath the sun The hot sun reflects itself in the water The storm clouds rise in the distance The sailor's prepare for what is to come The sun is now covered with black thunderheads The ocean is black dark and furious The waves crash wildly with the strong wind The sailor's are frantic not knowing what's ahead as the thunder booms The men are afraid not knowing what to do Then suddenly the blackened sky fades to a miraculous blue The sun shines bright reflecting such a beautiful sight The sailor's were happy shouting with glee "We've made it home, We're free from the sea." © 2008 EricaAuthor's Note
