Square Of Depression

Square Of Depression

A Poem by Tis' Starling Bright

I'm here in my square of depression.

Lonely and scared.

Thinking about the great times we shared.

Just you and me.

Till I fell and I lost you.

I've been here ever since.

With my heart shattered,

and my soul lost.

You will find me some day,

And bring me home again.

I'm lost in unknown feelings,

Only you can save me now.

I close my eyes,

And dream of you.

I can smell you, feel you.

Its almost like you're right here with me,

But then I open them,

and I'm falling into a black abyss.

Screaming and crying,

but I keep falling.

I broke us,

And I hurt us...

You opened my eyes to something new

something beautiful.

And I waisted it.

Then my fall reaches its end.

I will never mend.

You will be free,

And be the best you can be.

As for me...

I'm here in my square of depression.
