A ticket to anywhere

A ticket to anywhere

A Poem by Quinn
"

My lust to travel is extensive... no matter where it is, I want to go.

"
Every country I want to stand in
Every sight I want to see
From the urban rush, to the rural dusk
And cross all land and sea

Landmarks built by humans
Statues, buildings, cities and dams
Landmarks forged in nature
Canyons, mountains, caves and lakes

All can take away a moment, can take your breath away
Some hold history of love or war or peace
Whilst others just astound
At the way the world can be

So give me a ticket to anywhere
I’ll pack my bags and go
The world is vast and wide
and it’s where I want to go
