I'm not scared

I'm not scared

A Poem by Quinn

I’m not scared of growing up
I’m not scared of mucking up once I'm out there.
I’m not scared of failure.
I’m not scared of the other opinions.
I’m not scared of the competition.
I’m scared of not having the same freedom and imagination,
Once society has squished it into a box

That’s why I won't let them

I won't let them make me grow up.
I won't let them make me feel messed up.
I won't let them make me feel like a failure.
I won't let them make opinions to hurt.
I won't let them make me be frightened of the competition.
So I won't let them squish my freedom into a box.

Other than one spelling error (that I can see) everyone should be reading this and honestly, as long as you're not hurting anybody, your lifestyle is your life, what YOU want to do. If you're happy, a good person, then you shouldn't be judged in a negative way.
