Finishing Fate

This little tryst has left me diminished
And I'm gone , as far away as a thousand days
And my heart is torn apart by the distance
Now I am just in oblivion
I have broken into confusion
And when your not, they love another
If only a wish can I wish it reversed
With what heart do I use?
Which way to escape?
All that I want is soft schemes and romance
which way to escape through the sunset
The pinks and blues as they quiet the sky
As the stars shinning  a brilliant delight
over and under the sadness
of stars stars tossing and turning
Lost in my prayers
These few moments
Can  alter my destiny
And I know only God can change
my fate
Can alter my Universe
