A Poem by Paige Pino

Settle your bones into my skin
Take me on a journey through your eyes
Grow me into something beautiful
Made of skin and steady breathing
Rewrite my code and make me better
Show me the taste of Aphrodite’s kiss
I want to forget
All of the things I’ll never say
I want to forget
The monster you made me
We’re all made of stardust
But I’m fading away
