All the Sadness

This is a poem I wrote that directly reflects the way I felt at the time of writing it.

With all the sadness in the world and still most cant see it.
 
But i have bean there and back, I know what its like to be it.

The one they laugh at and the one they taunt.

But they don't know I'm hurt inside and the pain they have brought.

 I fight the mornings when I open my eyes.

I ask God why he lets these days go by.

Cause I see you all with a person to hold.

I'm so tired and lonely I'm just an empty mold.

I miss the happiness that used to be near.

But destroyed i was by the one who held my heart dear.

She tore and shredded every ounce of my being.

She left me broken and crying barely seeing.

So with all the sadness in the world and most cant see it.

I hope i have opened your eyes and shown you what its like to be it.

This poem... It is very beautiful. It touched the sadness that I hold, and it reminded me that most can't see it. This topic, it can be associated with others and it can touch their hearts and bring tears to their eyes. Touching the emotions of others, to me at least, always means that the story or poem that you wrote was a good one. Keep doing what your doing and keep adding yourself to whatever you're writing, because odds are, many people will be able to relate.
