Felix walked the streets of Black Haven, a dreary city on the desolate planet of Guarakam. He knew the place was home and hideaway to murderers and scumbags from all across the 'verse, but he didn't care. It was the only place he could get the proper training. Chris had been nice enough to teach him martial arts before he and Glide split up, but to truly match and eventually defeat the older Varixian, he would need to learn things Chris couldn't possibly teach him.
As he walked, others seemed to speed past him in the blink of an eye. Not all of them went around him, though; a black-furred rabbit slammed right into him, knocking him to the ground. "Watch where you're going, prick!" Felix snapped, rolling to his feet and shoving the rabbit.
The rabbit snarled, grasping the hilt of his longsword. "Do you have any idea who I am, fawn?"
Felix's eyebrows rose, head tilted downward slightly; he briefly wished for a pair of glasses that he could look at the rabbit over. "A dick with a sword?"
"Dan Dollard." The rabbit responded, drawing his blade. "The Blood Doll."
Felix shrugged. "Never heard of you."
"I'm the worst criminal in the history of this 'verse." Dollard stated.
"Sure you are." Felix replied, pressing his paw to Dollard's face and roughly shoving him aside again, this time sending the rabbit to the ground. "If you're so bad, why aren't you in prison?"
Dollard smirked, still gripping his sword in one paw, the other pushing him into a handstand and allowing him to drop back to his feet. "I got out for bad behavior."
"... Oh, I'm just so impressed." Felix muttered, rolling his eyes. "Are you just about finished? I'm in a hurry."
Dollard took a swing at Felix, his blade meeting the Varixian's open palm and creating sparks as it was deflected. "What the f**k!?"
Felix smirked, tossing his scissors into the air, a palm strike catching Dollard underneath the chin and knocking him to the ground. The Varixian boy whirled around, turning his back on Dollard and bending backwards, catching the scissors in his teeth as they fell. He spat them out, leaving them where they landed and swinging himself back into a handstand, one of his knees impacting against Dollard's skull as the rabbit was getting up.
Felix turned and let himself drop onto his back, his legs landing across the back of Dollard's neck, stunning the rabbit. The Varixian took advantage of the situation, rolling to his feet and lifting Dollard up, hooking his arms around the rabbit's waist. "You're nothing..." He hissed the in the rabbit's ear, lifting him up and bending backwards to slam his head into the ground. Dollard immediately went limp.
Felix let go of Dollard, leaving the rabbit dead on the sidewalk, singing softly as he danced his way down the street; he didn't care that he was attracting attention to himself, he felt he deserved it after what he'd just done. "Foreign types with the hookah pipes say ay-oh, ay-oh, oh-ay-oh, ay-oh... Walk like an Egyptian..."
