Would it really break our binds? Each to their own, Pulled out from the darkness. Individual cures. We each get through under different guidance Each follow a different star You have yours, I have mine Whether they match or diverge Faith in oneself is what truly shines At the core, in everyone’s heart, love exists Hate is not genetic, only learned We’re all sisters and brothers Put on this improbable, blue Earth To share ourselves with each other You have yours, I have mine Peaceful harmonies that Are always intertwined You have yours, I have mine Learning from another True happiness is devine © 2016 StVenant15 |
