self helpA Poem by Samuel Robert Sands
If i could capture my heart i'd put it in a bottle and that's where it would stay,
to remedy an illness if ever one day If i could freeze time id write the date, so incase of bad it wouldn't be too late If i could see me from a distant view, i'd watch over closely while dropping a clue But if i couldn't do anything but live out till the end, then at my demise id ask of it again.
