A passage from the chapter "The Heart of the Matter" in my new book, Love's True Home
In the center of a serene, majestic ocean, I sat next to my master in a tiny boat. “How vast and beautiful it is,” I gasped in wonder. Smiling with sparkling benevolent eyes, he whispered gently, “The ocean you behold is merely the surface of your precious heart. Immerse yourself into its glorious depths, sweet soul, and discover your true spiritual nature. You are the splendor of God’s divine love.”
“The ocean you behold is merely the surface of your precious heart. Immerse yourself into its glorious depths, sweet soul, and discover your true spiritual nature.
-Immense. Bashful heart. Playful heart. But as it is written: "the heart is deceitfully wicked." We are never its master, just its dunderhead'd slave.
Thank you for the beautiful words. Life is how you look at things. The wonders we can see if we open our eyes and enjoy the gift of nature and life. Thank you.

" The ocean you behold is merely the surface of your precious heart. " So beautiful those lines are, reflecting perfecting the vastness and depth of our lives and thoughts! Very very nice. :)
You write this with such grace and beauty.
Our Master speaking to you; as I read the soothing words He spoke and you wrote; it gave me chills.
It was very poignant
It reads well, but is the human soul's true nature to merely be the beauty of the love of your god or a god or our sum belief in the gods of our given faith?
“The ocean you behold is merely the surface of your precious heart. Immerse yourself into its glorious depths, sweet soul, and discover your true spiritual nature. You are the splendor of God’s divine love.”
