Scizoaffective

A Poem by Black Zodiac

Been battling
Satan's chattering
Thirteen years
All of my fears
Thrown in my face
It's a race
When I wake up today
What will he have to say
Can I function
Will he win again
Looking to my Higher Power
He says the answers in My flowers
I need latitude
To find some gratitude
Because he's playing with my brain
Only wanting to maim
Turn it to slush
Such a head rush
Giving me power
Make everyone else cower
In fear, of what I am
But I want the power of the Lamb
Sustaining me with only Word
My problem seems to be what I heard
What I see
It's evil and not me
So Jesus can you save my soul
Take away Satan, who's taken his toll
