i do ...:)))))) glad to know you are still around Squink!
This is a beautiful little poem. You indeed conveyed a lot of meaning in a short forum. When I was a child I knew some hippies in Albuquerque. They taught me how to enter, control, and remember dreams. It is actually a very simple formula. If you want to remember, chant a mantra at night. IE "I will remember my dreams" If you have nightmares that are just to much... " I will control my dreams... or I will enter my dream and take control." Another trick once you begin remembering, is to keep a dream log. Once you do this on a regular basis, you will remember more and more. A lot of my writings come from dreams. Wolf ,'', ^@@^ ,'',

will definitely start writing a log.
I wrote the little poem in free style, after I noticed that nightmares were interrupting my sleep rest. And started wondering what was causing them.

Or, they can mean nothing at all... An overheard comment, a show we watched a year ago... or just nonsense... Dream interpretation is a very involved art. However, once you have kept your dream log for a while, you may start noticing patterns. It is easier to recognize and interpret a pattern than a single dream. This will also improve your writing; although I think it is very good already. In being aware of and interpreting your own dreams comes a ability of enhancing your imagination. For are not imagination and dreams the truly God like, or Goddess like gift. I think you may enjoy the first story I published on this site. A Cage of Dreams A Journey from ant to goddess. I am not asking for a review or comment, I just think you may enjoy it. Anthony Wolf ,'', ^@@^ ,'', Please be my friend.
sleep is often an escape.....a place where the never-ending evil of this world cease, temporarily....
unless, like you say, we are tormented by nightmares.....then it may be a double whammy...
A lot of life in these few lines....

What I was trying to say is that when I go to sleep I don't know what happens, unless I have a nightmare then I know that I am as asleep and I have to wake up. I tried to use few words as possible to describe that. And I will practice a little more.
A bit of synchronicity here, considering what we were talking about. I suppose the butterfly does not do battle. I hope you thoroughly enjoy your day:)

Thank You for your Angelic and awakening review, Smiles.
yes, sleep is so peaceful...but it is not eternal when nightmares wake us...
we know we are still here, and there is still another day to face...
but battling, and feeling the pain...yes, we "bleed just to know we're alive" as that song said.
