My Addiction

My Addiction

A Poem by Mr. Waldo
"

Can't really tell ya. i prefer reader interpretation

"

Pain is a given in these days

We all live with a certain doubt

We develop our own addictions

For it's that life

we try to keep out

MY addiction seems so simple

I breathe in

With a stick in my mouth

I inhale the pain and suffering

And in a moment

I breathe it all out

Many judge me for my addiction

if only they knew my position

we all struggle to process our lives

for me it comes with a pack and a light

Mirrors crash around me

And black cats they cross my path

A simple stick is my addiction

And with that

I breathe it all out

this is a really solid piece. I, a fellow smoker, can very much relate to this. I like the the structure; it flows really nicely! I like it. Great job. :)
