Abrupt disappointment

Abrupt disappointment

A Poem by Talesha

 I'm still angry,
It's not that I hate you,
I hate what you have done.

I am left with faded memories,
To this day I recall,
Each moment with you,
I remember it all.

It all disappeared,
It changed so quickly,
I hadn't time to accept,
You were given to me,
But not to be kept.

My heart beats,
My stomach twists,
My lips yearn for yours,
For the momentary escape-
Of desired intimate bliss.

With you,I was happy,
The company was great,
The hope in my heart-
It strengthened my faith,
But you left it with bitterness-
As well as hate.

I try to convince myself,
To think that the journey-
It was more important than the end,
So tell me how is it impossible,
For us to be friends,
If the fiery spark I have you-
Todavia, has not come to an end.
