I read my lines from a couple of years,

I suddenly smile admits the tears.

We ended,but first happened my friend,

With you,a lifetime I'd spend.

But I got eight months and some time,

How you fulfilled my wishes and my dreams,

Spanish speaker,loved the nature and always pleased,

Became my addiction,my pleasant disease.

It was outlived I suggest,

But the pain and pleasure lingers on my chest.

To have experienced love and what I wanted,

Not many get this chance,but now memories,I'm haunted.

But I have them to hold and to think and smile,

We were falsely or truly great together for that while.

Cannot believe how it all was true,

How my heart and faith increased,how we grew.

We traveled and had walks on the beach,

Held my hands,endlessly kissed my cheeks,

Kissed in the rain,mountains and the sea,

Laughed,touched and cried as we were free.

To imagine how I could never forget,

Every tear,insecurity I'd fret,

Held on and didn't want to let go,

Unconditional love I had for you so.
