Expected disappointnment

The days,they come and go,
Sunny side,bright life,me-you show.
Only for awhile I can wear this smile,
As your inevitable departure makes me bitter and vile.


I look in your eyes,
I feel my tears...
Lord knows we will be apart for many years.
Me,perhaps easy to forget.You,my pleasant regret.

Knew this would happen,right from the start,
My soul yearns for you,engraved in my heart.
Affection was in question,sincerity contemplated,
Your genunity reinforced,promised actions you stated.

To know the days we will be apart,
To imagine life before,after and after sardonical start.
Memories shared,moments rendered,
How I give my love to you,fear surrendered.

All this,too real...but more to remember.
More powerful than sentiments from last December.
Enjoy the moments,so they say,
I may gave more happiness if here,you stay.
