I saw him today,

He was at the bar.

Our eyes met,

For me,time stood still.

Walking home I realized,

That's what life is,

You have one true love,

For me it was him.

Unrequited,definitely I'll say,

In my heart,sever years late he stays.

It will never happen between he and I,

For he will remain the same until he dies.

No judgement,just predication,

Having sex and playing women-

Truly his addiction.

I see him,I know his flaws...

But when our eyes met,

My heart extorts.

I must not take a second look,

Mesmerized by him always,forever hooked.

I have to hide my feelings,

I have to hide that I care,

He'll manipulate me again,

Truly,it is my fear.

I treasure his sweet lies,

Promised affection,

Still bruised by his heartless rejection.

He gave me the best and worst years of my life.

All we did was talk,

Did not reach a first date,

Undressing each other mentally,

Your craving for sex unfed.

All I can say,I'm the one you didn't have,

Truly I am glad,

Him mistreating me already left me scarred.

Yet his unforgettable in my mind.

For years ,I tried to move one,

I accepted it was lust,

What he said,was not what he felt.

He told me you loved me...

Right after,requested sex,

I refused-

He went from another girl to the next.

See it was all a game for him.

 Never did I care  for someone as I did for him,

The fact that no one makes me feel what I felt for him...

And for that,my future love life is dim.

We are two worlds apart,never meant to be,

I was an object for affection,and nothing more for thee.

Amazing poem. I knew a guy that only cared about sex sex sex it was constantly on his mind.as if there was nothing else to do. :3 so much emotion in this poem, that you can feel it.

Pain...longing...rejection...not wanting to be second best..wanting to have him...wanting to move on.
