In an alternate world,

Dirty inked b***h I'd be.

Dark side,forever vile.

Live without worry,born to be wild.

Surrounded by smoke,

Corsets and shorts under my pretense cloak 

Wild child galore,

Never studying,flick being a sophomore.

I'd be that girl,having sex

Break upon break up,one guy after the next.

Pop pills,rocking out each night,

Enjoying adrenalin thrills,provoking a fight.

Tattooed all up,

Making wrong decisions,never planning to stop

Living for today,

Cursing,positive thoughts kept a-bay.

In an alternate world,

I will be submerged by the stress,

Won't pray to God,won't' feel blessed.

I'd lack emotion,so I'd never cry,

Would hate life so much,won't be afraid to die.

But you see,

Part of this girl,

She can be you,very well she can be me.

We live our live,through the perspective that we see.

I live on the edge,

I'll still be hurt,

I love one guy,

He'll play me,may solely be a flirt.

All in all,life is just unfair,

Try to be happy,inevitably,drowned by despair.

But dream and try,remember the good,

When life gives the obstacles,pretend to dominate them,if you could.
