The AgreementA Poem by Sporadic SoulThe second part of the story "Alive but Dead"The vial would grant a life But every price must be paid For this is how this world works "A life for a life" "How to?" "The vial will give her seven precious weeks On those days she must find A young lad and must capture his heart 'True love' as poets call it With a dagger of bitterness She must thrust it straight Into his heart The first blood that comes Will answer the wish" "That is easy" "I almost forgot what you are A daughter of necromancy No intervention of dark magic Must be done or else..." The girl woke up on a daze Unsure and in a blur Her mother told her to get up She must dress up, they're going on a ball The thought of it was unsure She was confused but her mother said: "It's alright." She hurried off on her heels And was ready to go on try something Something she knew she was forbidden to do All her life (to be continued)
