Brittle

Brittle

A Poem by Hallow

I miss you.
You're an ache I can't heal.
I pluck petals off flowers,
And pretend I can't feel.

I crave you ,
Like a moth to a flame,
Or the ash to the ground.
Together, one in the same.

And it's foolish
To be like me really.
Its always been dark,
The sun has no fealty.

I miss you
And I know you'll miss me.
But the end is now nigh,
Here, please. Go be free.
