When at Last I Find Freedom

When at last I find freedom,
When my freedom is found...
When all chains have been broken,
To which I have been bound;
I'll spread my wings and fly, 
Past the clouds, and the sky, 
Past the moon, stars, and sun, 
Until I've reached heaven.

When at last I find freedom,
When my spirit is free..
Once I've climbed every mountain,
And conquered each sea;
Once I've gone through the fire,
And come through the rain...
All pain becomes joy, 
And the sun shines again.

When at last I find freedom,
When my storm is no more;
Oncr I accomplish the tasks
That I've been  created for:
At last, I'll have found freedom,
From darkness in my past...
My future will shine brightly;
Freedom, at last!
