It's a Jungle Out ThereA Poem by SpokenCan you trust the nature of human beings?
I believe your back to be more revealing than your front
I’d stab it if I were half the horrible you project
I had my suspicions at first glance
as I do for everyone who takes a pass
Trust is not a penny a pound
The world is a jungle of animal sounds
And I hear you loud and clear
You are a slither
With a flaky outer skin
You are a lion's roar
Before the pride sets in
And I would no more trust you with my life
As I would nature to always be kind
