Dreamers Die at DaylightA Poem by Spokeninspired by Rock and Roll Cowboy's "Speak of the Devil" ...go read it! oh and since your here.. read mine too!
Dreamers die at daylight
We stretch in our beds
Like the spread of wings
And wonder where
We’ll go this night
And every morning
kryptonite
Our bodies ache
In the weight of gravity
Slaying our leviathan
potency
Retreat! Retreat!
into our labyrinth of dream
where we can
revive again
