A Poem by SpitfireGrrrl

for every time you'd say
"Baby, you're MY crazy girl"
for every bad karaoke song
every late night talking
about books, poetry, love
lust, hate and the state
of the world, in my head
and out of it - and how
there were days when I
just couldn't SEPARATE.
gods i loved you, so much
but did you know that?
before you were gone?
ashes to ashes and every
stupid f*****g cliche about
death, dying, breaking down.
your crazy girl, living
in her head, even now -
more so now, wants to
thank you for the love
the life, the laughter
the memories and time
she had on this little
stuffy planet with the one
person who made things
wonderful, no matter what.
thankyouiloveyouimissyoutoomuch.
