One Mind

One Mind

A Poem by Spit_and_Prayers
"

A bit apocalyptic, a bit on the spot, a bit decent, a bit rough, even a bit poetic at times. But just a bit, nonetheless

"
Put a pen to my lips
And I will breath you a thousand swords
Ink blossoming life fire
Consuming the paper dolls of fear
Until the world burns
In the mind of one
Put a thought in my hands
And I will craft you a sky
Knowledge screaming like wind
Scattering the poison clouds of doubt
Until the world moves
In the mind of one
Put a blade in my back
And I will bleed you a new ocean
Life churning like water
Drowning the cold seed of treachery
Until the world floods
In the mind of one
Put a hope in my heart
And I will grow you a new home
Light unmoving like earth
Covering the pit of despair
Until the world's reborn
In the mind of one
Put my body in a box
And I will give you forgiveness
Scattered to nothing like the void
Lingering in the quiet of dreams
Until the world's forgotten
The mind of one
And it
Darkens
Drains
Calms
Dies
And remembers

Beautiful imagery throughout this piece that captures the heart and imagination. I also like the elements of philosophy throughout this piece.

Until...until...until...the mind of one knows.

Nicely done. Not sure the ending actually fits with the rest of the piece, but the message is clear none-the-less. Kudos.
