LostA Poem by The Spirit Chaser
She walked up to me
coated with vibrant colors, placed a flaming kiss upon my cheek and vaporized in the air, filling the sudden and tragic emptiness of this world with the everlasting trace of once blissful light. And I just sat there, waiting, trying to catch the last few fiery atoms left of her existence with my desirous palms. My eyes, dead since the moment of her gracious abrupt departure fed on the pale silhouette of the unworldly glance which still today trots through my unsteady mind. The glance, which I thought was the only lonely thing keeping me sane and tied to the ground is, in reality, the root of my insanity.
