What Does Emo Mean

I want to question...

Question why can't humanity stay together,

And also why humans think life is nothing but spam,

You should believe that life and love is a precious thing,

If not, then think about why God sent you here for,

He sent you here to believe in life.

Emo, created by broken teenagers,

Can ruin lives in just 3 days, or 5 seconds,

I want to know why people think it's cool ...

To cut themself with a knife or needle,

To try to attempt suicide,

To make theirselves feel unwanted and worthless,

And to cut thier names on thier skin.

Will cutting make everything better?

Will suicide bring rainbows?

Feeling unwanted is what'll make you feel happy?

Don't let sticks, twigs, and rocks block your path,

You are special to this world,

Don't deny it because it's true. 

Being emo is NOT going to help at all ... 

Emo doesn't make sense ....

Wouldn't you agree?

Please forgive me if this poem stinks little whale waist...
I just want all of those people to know, that emo is not a life style.

My sister and few of my friend were emo for a while. i guess it was the "cool" thing to do around here. all I can remember is just being so worried and disapointd with all of them. I mean,these are people with great families. A wonderful home life. Friends that lov them. Wh do they want to draw so much negative attention to themselves?

Self harm eases the pain shortly, but once it returns it's ten times worse. And therefore being "emo" is a foolish thing. Depending on yourself, family, and friends is the way to go. A lovely piece.

Self-harm and depression don't quite define emo. I'll admit, I cut myself sometimes, but I am not emo. Sometimes it helps, but I say people shouldn't depend on self-harm to help ease their pain. It helps for the time being, but soon the pain comes back and you feel regret. It's not easy having a hard life and having to pretend to be happy. People want to be happy, trust me, but certain things really do block their path in order to get there...it's a struggle every day for certain kids to just get up in the morning or even survive the whole day. It would make sense if everyone was happy, but sometimes we can't explain why people feel the way they do or do the certain they do to make their pain go away.

I agree, what has all this emo stuff brought teenagers to .... The answer is: ... Death and the Devil .... What are the odds.
This poem makes true sense to me, God sent humans here to inspire other humans and to learn what humanity really is, but people don't just don't understand.
Sadly, we know theres no way to stop all this emo - ness, so I think sharing this with the world might help- well ... If they'd listen.
